Metal Profiles has installed 3 fully Automatic Powder Coating Plants for ensuring uniform Shade and Finish. Both these plants are Software Controlled (SCADA) . These plants have capacity to Coat Panels up to 1250mm length in one go and are equipped with sophisticated pre treatment process and phospating. Metal Profiles offers all grades of Powder Coating finishes in these plants.

Metal Profiles has Installed 3 Fully Automatic CED coating Plants with capacity to coat parts up to 2 meters in length. These plants are controlled by SCADA Software and are having best of the pre treatment facilities to ensure flawless surface finish and enhanced Salt Spray Life.

Zinc Plating with Chromate Free Passivation Metal Profiles has semi-Automatic Zinc plating plants with Chromate Free Passivation. Zinc Plated parts made out of this plant ensures uniform Finish and enhanced Salt Spray
